  Went to withdraw money from atm Wednesday, February 14, 2018. After it said I already reached my limit and couldn’t withdraw any cash I left. I decided to just double check my account to see if my husband might have gotten some money out which he didn’t but First Tennessee DID withdraw $500 that I Never got. I drove right back to bank and a teller said that they were having trouble with the ATM, but the lady that could help me just left for lunch. So of course I waited and she finally returned called ATM company and said I would have it back within 24hrs. Also no apologies from her at all. Now 5 days later it’s still hasn’t been deposited back into my account. Beware!! I have filed a complaint with my bank and there working on it. This banks customer service is Terrible especially the Operations Manager Bridget Loomis.
